The site’s forms are processed by the association’s automation server, automation.osfarm.org.

Code and content

The site’s code is published under the MIT licence on GitHub. Logos and trademarks remain the property of their owners; directory entries quote the descriptions published by each project.

Personal data

The data controller is the OSFarm association, reachable at contact@osfarm.org.

• Contact form. Your message is emailed to the team, who use it to answer you. It is not stored on the site; only your IP address is kept for up to two days, to limit abuse.
• Training catalogue. Quote requests and operator applications are passed on to the member concerned and kept by the association for follow-up: reminders and evaluation.
• Membership. It goes through HelloAsso, which processes the payment and the membership data. The association checks a membership from the email address given.
• Audience measurement. Google Analytics only loads with your consent, given in the banner and valid for six months. You can withdraw it at any time: manage cookies.
• Videos. YouTube videos only load if you click on them.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@osfarm.org. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (complaint form in French).
